A clear enquiry process.

Browsing

The site does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served with the site. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes request information such as IP addresses. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for spam, which processes browser and network signals.

Website enquiries

When you select Send enquiry, your name, email address and enquiry details are transmitted to a Cloudflare-hosted endpoint and sent to sam@alameh.com through Cloudflare Email Service. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so Sam can respond.

The form does not save your message in browser storage or an application database. The email is retained in the recipient’s mailbox and processed by the email providers. The application does not log enquiry bodies. Cloudflare processes the spam-check token and network information to validate the submission.

Email conversations

If you send an email, your email provider and the recipient’s email provider process it. The information you share is used to discuss your enquiry and any resulting engagement. Information-handling requirements for consulting work are agreed separately.

Sensitive information

Please do not send credentials, personal records or confidential exports in an initial enquiry. We can agree an appropriate way to exchange information if it is needed.

AI in consulting engagements

The website does not send your enquiry to an AI model. AI processing for consulting work is scoped separately with you. See AI and your information for the working principles and deployment choices.
